Good Morning & welcome to marvellous marmalade Monday
This world can feel unnatural at times. The important thing is to always maintain the nature of who you are.

Remember to keep a bin nearby so you’re not tempted to flush disposable nappies down the loo.
When they swell up, they can block your pipes and cause a flood.

Cervical screening is one of the best ways to protect yourself from cervical cancer. It's not a test for cancer, it's a test to help prevent cancer.

🅾️ negative blood is very special because it's universal - this means that it can be given to anyone safely in an emergency. If you're an O negative donor, then you are definitely someone's type! 🩸

We are currently running very low on newspapers and would be very grateful for donations of any old ones as soon as possible. We have a couple of black bins outside our building which you can pop them in if you have any going spare.
Thank you for your continued support!

If you live near a Communi-Tree, could you help water it during dry weather? Regular watering will help these young trees to survive and establish. You could use a bowl of used washing up water, so it won't add to your water bills! #treeplanting #trees
