I hear people talk about "identifying" (or not "identifying") with the protagonist of a book. Haven't a clue what that means. Why would I identify with the character? When I read, I'm not pretending these things are happening to me.

i’ve read books with male protagonists all my life. if boys are incapable of reading a book with a female protagonist then i think that’s the real problem that needs to be addressed.

#Clayface fucking rules holy shit, PLEASE go see it even if you aren't interested in batman or the dcu, It's also just an amazing movie in general. The nightclub sequence was hyped up perfectly, best scene of the film for me. And the design is also fucking incredible too.
