For $299, you got a console that played PS2 games, original PlayStation games, DVDs, and CDs. The launch lineup included SSX, Tekken Tag Tournament, and Ridge Racer V.
What an incredible console to grow up with.

I fully believe if Harbs wants to return, even the threat of a @TomMarsLaw lawsuit against the NCAA will have them folding like a cheap suit. They’re the toughest people in the room unless it’s a courtroom and then they take loss after loss. The man has already served 3 years.

I am very excited to introduce EPOCH Basketball, my own brand new NBA stats website! This site provides top tier advanced stats from 1980 to today, using REAL POSSESSION-LEVEL RAPM back to 1985 to inform its impact metrics for every season.
It also has high quality single-game metrics like xPTS (the best single game value metric available), which measures the points a player added to the margin in a single game, along with Win Probability Added, and Shot Quality (based on tracking data back to 1997).
The site also predicts every game of the 2026-27 season. Players get projected box scores for each game, and a simulation of the rest of the season, updated every night, gives every team’s projected record, playoff odds and title odds. In past seasons, our pre-game win probabilities have beaten tied both ESPN and the Vegas closing line.
Each metric has been thoroughly validated against every other top-tier metric, from EPM and DARKO to xRAPM. Never been a fan of bringing on extra OL unless that’s your identity. If you’re a run first team. That’s the issue with UM offense. It has zero identity and that starts with the play caller. You have to design an offense around the strengths of the players you have and adapt your scheme to that. Today was very frustrating as UM has talent but it doesn’t appear cater to the strengths of the personnel. The offense seldom threatens the defense downfield vertically. The lack of QB movement to sprint or boot on 1/2 down is a head scratcher. Lastly, when you insert an extra OL in the game you are giving the defense one less player to worry about in the pass game. Situationally that’s fine from time to time but UM leans WAY too much on it.
