if you have even moderately good health you should really cherish that. my body has almost killed me on several occasions and i wish i could be remotely healthy and not suffer from chronic illness. many times my life is going ok and my health ruins everything. it makes me sad

Just finished James McBride's "The Good Lord Bird" which was excellent. Really one of the best examples of unique voice/perspective I've ever read. Lots of history too. If you're interested in John Brown and his Harper's Ferry raid, check it out.

It's Saturday and we up! Exercise, then a half hour on the mic (more later) then matinee fights today #UFC333. Who's cheering for Volk? Always seemed to me too be one of the better dudes in the sport, humanity wise.
