A8: Similar to Kelly I give a look or nod. But I make sure to acknowledge them when they are showing the expected behavior and go above and beyond expectations so others see that too. #iahperdchat #physed

A7: My gym space small so it's easy 4 me to keep moving around and keep an eye on everyone. But outside is always another challenge. I think always moving, scanning and verbally interacting with students lets them know you're watching and engaged with them. #iahperdchat #physed

A6: Modeling this yourself but also showing peers show the expected effort and participation levels and telling them they can look many different ways. Using any gifs/videos always helps. #iahperdchat #physed

A5: If you can repeat any specific cues that you used at the beginning of the lesson or unit then that will have a bigger impact and stick with them longer. Ex: I like how you had your side to the target and stepped with your opposite foot. #iahperdchat #physed

A4: We have squad spots but Im starting to think we need to try something new. Maybe a small huddle or camp fire like assembly. #physed #iahperdchat

A3: I think modeling the behavior always helps and selecting a few individuals rather than too many to avoid confusion and arguments. Too often others try and help and then those that were picked get mad. Rotate those jobs as best you can. #iahperdchat #physed

A2: I am probably too forgiving at times. But when it is repeated and then copied by others I have to stop and make a point to really show them how they are impacting the learning and growth of others. Cant let it get away from you and it will if not careful #iahperdchat #physed

A1: I am able to do this when I am co teaching a class but my barrier to this is when I have to walk a class to another specials area and pick up from another. So I am greeting them but not at the door and the way I want. #iahperdchat #physed
