This evening, I sent an urgent and unprecedented letter to the Chairman of the Central Elections Committee, Justice Noam Sohlberg, demanding that he immediately halt the announcement and certification of the election results until the conclusion of the Shabak investigation.
We will not accept a fait accompli while an assault on Israeli sovereignty is being investigated, and we will not move on from 1,183 documented complaints of violence, forgeries, and the outrageous directive by the Director General to "prevent congestion," which gutted the voter-identification protocols.
If the suspicions are confirmed, we will not settle for disqualifying this or that polling station: we must cancel the elections entirely and go to snap elections under the strict and full supervision of the Magav and the Israel Police.
Israelโs next Knesset will not be convened under a cloud of illegitimacy.

Now that after a historic outturn the Israeli vote has been cast, and almost fully counted, I can take some time for a personal response to the questions raised regarding a report I made on the โPalestijnse Stemโ, correctly translated from Dutch as the โPalestinian Voiceโ, not the โPalestinian Voteโ as dubbed by AI in picture underneath. As we rightly apologised for the number of 7,5 million Palestinians mentioned in the introduction was incorrect. A lot of the online anger was focused on something else though, something that was not said nor implied. My report was not about a so-called right for all Palestinians to vote in the Israeli elections. The report was about one question only: how do the Palestinians LOOK at the Israeli elections? At no point the idea was raised that all Palestinians should have the right to vote in Israel. That would have been another topic altogether. Just watching the report would have helped to avoid this misinterpretation. It did start off with a wrong figure in the introduction, for which we apologised. I hope this clarifies what was wrong and what wasnโt. Robin

A group of far left activists led by the well-known pro-Palestinian activist Andrey Khrzhanovskiy attacked Jewish residents this evening near the Jewish community of Carmel in the Mount Hebron Region.
The activists harassed the residents, shoved cameras in their faces, punched and kicked them, and blocked their vehicle. During the incident, they also touched one residentโs firearm.
One resident suffered a facial injury from a punch and was treated by a medical team.
