Rwanda's opposition leader Victoire Ingabire has been arrested on false charges and taken to an unknown destination, according to her colleagues. The targeting of Ingabire -- a highly respected figure in Rwanda --comes amid unconfirmed reports that President Paul Kagame is ill and a power struggle to replace him is expected to ensue. International pressure might be brought to bear on Rwandan authorities to release Ingabire immediately.
