Bockers are struggling to close in winning time. And the urgency on Tuesday will be turned up a bit. Pistons embarrassed the Knicks in 3 regular season games last season. I hope they take out some of the frustration and give us the first real Knicks peformance of this campaign!!

Jalen Brunson, after losing tonight to fall to 0-3, put the onus on himself and also said #Knicks are hearing too much positivity. And when a reporter suggested perhaps the team “needs” the New York media, Brunson, with no expression, said: “Do what you do.”
Shoutout to Tyler Kolek who was ready when his number was called tonight with 9 assists to 0 turnovers. After multiple DNP'S to start the season. Nice to have PG insurance in a long year. Wiseman got a chance too. Plays hard, just has to be more disciplined, and finish around rim
Magic got a huge lift from their bench in this game. 12 made threes. 10-16 for da Silva and Black. The Knicks as a team went 9-38. Just out of sorts to start the year in a make or miss league. 101.7 ppg through 3 contests. Eventually the shots will fall. The rhythm will return.
In a game with no Alvarado and Mikal's struggles...I am surprised Mcbride played only 13 mins and took 1 shot. I dont want to speculate on the future and his potential departure. But at the end of the day I do wonder if all that factors into the day to day. Something to monitor.
The Knicks have this weird thing they do where they have to make you feel discomfort before it gets better. It's almost as if they need negative noise to build up before they remind you who they are. I dislike losing more than most, but perspective matters. They will wake up soon
Obviously far from the start that we wanted. No reason not to be able to finish that game at home with a double digit lead. Uncharacteristic from JB down the stretch. But no matter how you slice it, it's week 1. Need to be sharper starting Tuesday night vs a good Pistons team!

Taking over Boston was some of the most fun I’ve ever had in my sports life.
These people are some of the most passionate fans I’ve ever met. A lot of us took off work and drove 4 hours to get on a bus in an opposing city to show how deep our fandom runs.
