Sherry casks play such an important role in the Scotch Whisky industry, but what about the incredible Sherry wines? Back in 2018 we found an amazing producer in Sanlucar De Barrameda, @bodegasbaron , and bottled some of their delicious Oloroso.

It’s almost 3 years since we bottled our first batch of #Oloroso #Sherry from @bodegasbaron and at the time, we thought it wouldn’t be too long before we would be taking their casks and filling them with spirit from our stills. Guess we just keep sipping Sherry for now.
