Wanted my first tweet of the 21-22 school year to be about the kiddos, but my study buddy had other plans 😍 Preparing to apply for @NBPTS certification made cuter with @goboardmaker… any other exceptional needs specialists out there I can collaborate with??
And just like that, 2020-2021 is over! 🥳🤯😭 we celebrated our love for each other with a cupcake fight, and now my favorite furry friend is helping me with my separation anxiety by being almost as cute as my icing-stained loves.
Currently living for these moments and the ability to edit my unbrushed hair and stained clothes out of the video 🤣 #4daysleft

One of my goals this year has been to improve my practice of predictable chart writing, and I am SO proud of how much communication and literacy it has provided my students!! Check the comments for our whole process using lots of @lessonpix supports!
We started off by discussing and exploring lots of different jobs, and practiced answering yes/no about whether or not they would want that job.
Tomorrow we will use the draw and write template from @lessonpix to cut out, mix up, put in order, and paste into our journals our individual ideas, like our feet writing from last week!
We drafted our chart and recorded our occupation choices, and some kiddos even added in choices I hadn’t thought of 🥳
