One thing i’ll say is if they’re not convinced by any mid-season candidates, they could be thinking keep Carrick until the summer and get the RIGHT man in (Emery). The only concern is whether these players can do enough to keep us out of a relegation battle.

Spurs pretty poor, we just lacked any threat. Disappointing 3rd to concede when we were looking good. Positives: - another great shift from Rudi - KKH looked decent when he came on - ??? Negatives: - apart from a few crosses in first half, Tats didn’t really do much on the right - love BTA’s energy, not sure he gives us much on left - atmosphere in the ground was honking Onto Fulham and Sunderland #PUSB

What people don’t realise is if Brighton want to challenge or managed to get in champions league.. they can’t keep buying unknown players and hoping they work.. wouldn’t be able to sustain league and champions league. It’s simple.. same as now if they get a couple injuries
