1. Does he add value to actual football gameplan?
2. If he was fired how many teams come calling outside the perennial loser franchises?
If the answer is no not really and not many, he’s not a good football coach
Sirianni is a part of the roster they built. His vision for how the team should be run was factored into the decisions they made and the development of the players. You can’t separate the two. You think Phil Jackson would’ve been successful without Mike, Kobe, Shaq? He helped make them who they were, too.
