Web3 gaming made the people who actually cared about the game the easiest people to dump on. 😭 I lived this over and over. I’d play the game. Make videos. Bring people in. Buy the assets. Hold. Support the project. Then someone watches my content, buys the token or NFTs without even playing... Price moves. They sell. Then I get the DM: “OMG thank you, just sold in profit 😂” Meanwhile I’m still there. Playing. Holding. Creating content. Supporting the economy. And I’m thinking... you’re fucking welcome 😭😂 That’s when it clicked. The person supporting the GAME was holding the risk. The person treating the game like a TRADE got to extract and leave. And before someone says: “Why didn’t you just sell too?” That’s literally the point. Because I was there to PLAY. If the smartest move is to dump the second price goes up... then what exactly are we building? A game? Or a race to see who can find exit liquidity first? 😂 A healthy game economy should reward the people who actually stick around and play. Not punish them for caring more about the game than the chart. These aren’t Bitcoin or Solana. They’re games. Gamers should be the people you protect. Not the liquidity layer underneath everyone else. And if your defense is: “You should’ve dumped too.” Then thanks. You just proved my point.
