Our latest Preprint is out. This was/is a fun project involving people on 4 continents. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
Since Twitter got eXed, this might be my last tweet - do they now say my first and last X? The eXodus - but the submit botton still says "tweet" it should say "X"
Restriction less Wiesn - we will see how BA5 thinks about this. I believe 3 million visitors per season from around the world - good luck.

Findings published in @NEJM highlight COVID convalescent plasma study by @jhDavidSullivan & @kgebo & team of many collabs including @ACasadevall1 @ShohamTxID
Amazing work! 👋👋👋

Using convalescent plasma from patients who have recovered from #COVID19, and have antibodies against the virus, is a safe and effective treatment for the virus, according to a recent study by @JohnsHopkinsSPH and @HopkinsMedicine researchers.

Now that's not really a surprise. medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
However, which labs were more likely to be able to switch from one day to the other to Covid research? Who will survive once Covid research is over?

Excited to share our thoughts with Diane Griffin @JohnsHopkinsMMI , @FehrLab and @Bosch_LAB on developing Macrodomain Inhibitors as a new class of anti-virals against Coronaviruses and other viruses of pandemic potential.

Looks like a productive year already, first paper for 2022 accepted. Another collaboration with @LeungLab Needless to say but surely more to come.
Last drop of blood before omicron? We will see but just in case I need it for my plot to see how low it dropped since my booster. My 2months timepoints would be next week, this is a backup.
Suboptimal test distribution. Good idea to decentralize crowds but a test hanging is a test hanging. So I got two and gave one to a lab mate.

Please RT: Come join us for an exciting biochemist position on condensate biology regulated by ADP-ribosylation — a non-canonical protein modification, yet therapeutically important in cancer, neurodegeneration, and viral infection.

Interesting twist, article worth reading.
I found this a very interesting read on how omicron is behaving differently than prior variants. Although early observations need to confirmed it is important to consider them for clues about biological differences among the variants.

Honored to be featured in this month's "Know the Editor" blog of the @BiophysicalSoc's educational flagship journal @BiophysicistJ. It's a true pleasure to be working alongside great scientist-educators in all things 'biophysics teaching and learning. biophysics.org/blog/know-the…
Fun with the @LeungLab
