In less than 3 months I managed to lose almost 20 pounds of fat going from 22-25% body fat to around 14-16% and built some muscle at the same time even my face looks leaner
I learnt how to cook for myself now that I live on my own I had to eventually and did this by eating a 90% Whole Foods diet in a slight calorie deficit and stopped ordering food daily.
I will continue my cut a little more till my abs are more visible at about 12% body fat then start a slow lean bulk to put on as much muscle as possible next year. I’m super proud of myself and it made me realize how much extra fat I was carrying that I didn’t need, I feel like I have more energy and I’m much healthier than before, the last time I was this weight was probably when I was in high school haha 💪
Having this prize pool when clash royale’s revenue was an all time high last year and Lil Wayne who’s already filthy rich was given probably a million or more for his half time show is so disrespectful for the players in worlds 😔🥀

Last year Woo’s friend announced that Woo died, this year he came back to life and won the LCQ qualifying to world finals. Truly the most remarkable occurrence in Clash Royale’s history
Their new update looks amazing! Draft will definitely add another layer of skill and fun to Marvel Snap #ad
Great change, I know some top ladder players are upset and say that mostly casual players complain about it and content creators end season but it gives an unfair advantage to top players who are friends with the best in the game so they can draw when typically they’d lose and actually this will indirectly help sniping too since a lot of people who snipe search after their friend matched someone so that way if they match their friend instead of their opponent they can draw
There will be penalties for tie-trading in Clash Royale Ranked mode soon. Details: on.royaleapi.com/s86tt
I still can’t believe this is real I thought it was AI the first few times I saw it, one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen. If this didn’t happen Yamal probably wouldn’t be the player he is today because think of how much this must’ve motivated his parents and him to train hard as a kid
Yes, those photos you’ve seen are real.
More than 18 years ago, a baby named Lamine Yamal and his mom Sheila met Lionel Messi at a UNICEF fundraising photoshoot.
Today, their achievements on the pitch inspire millions. Off the pitch, both Messi and Lamine Yamal use their voices and platforms as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors to support and advocate for children around the world.
The goal? That every child survives, thrives, and fulfils their potential.
We are proud to have them on our team.

So it turns out he was cheating and got banned for it, that likely means he was wintrading too. It seems like the truth always comes out in the end, I’d like to call out @MohamedLightCr1 too who criticized my video and defended him and himself and it turns out he’s a liar and I feel like I deserve an apology from him and Nate ended up being right about everything
