#ارغوان_فلاحی، #زندانی_سیاسی هوادار سازمان مجاهدین خلق، روز ۱۰ تیرماه ۱۴۰۵ از سوی شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب #تهران به ریاست قاضی صلواتی به اعدام محکوم شد.
این حکم پس از ماه‌ها #بازداشت، حبس طولانی‌مدت در سلول انفرادی، بازجویی‌های امنیتی و محدودیت در دسترسی به #وکیل صادر شده است. پرونده او طی ماه‌های گذشته با گزارش‌هایی درباره فشارهای امنیتی، محرومیت از ارتباط با خانواده و انتقال میان زندان‌های مختلف همراه بوده است.
بر اساس گزارش‌های منتشرشده، حکم اعدام ارغوان فلاحی روز ۱۰ تیر ۱۴۰۵ از طریق وکیل او ابلاغ شد.
این حکم در شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی صلواتی صادر شده است.
بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، اتهام‌های مطرح‌شده علیه او شامل «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» و «هواداری از سازمان مخالف نظام» عنوان شده است.

تهمینه منزوی، عکاس و هنرمند مستند ایرانی، سال‌ها دوربینش را به سوی بخش‌هایی از جامعه گرفت که حکومت و جامعه ترجیح می‌دهند نبینند: زنان حاشیه‌نشین، بی‌خانمانی، اعتیاد، فقر، زخم، تنهایی و کرامت انسان‌هایی که از روایت رسمی حذف شده‌اند.
حالا نام او با «کنسرت کاروانسرا»ی پرستو احمدی هم گره خورده است؛ اجرایی که در آن یک زن آواز خواند، بدون حجاب اجباری، برای مردمی که دوستشان داشت.
طبق گزارش ایران‌وایر، تهمینه منزوی عکاس این کنسرت بود و نوشته است نتیجه آن‌همه زیبایی برای او و دیگر اعضای گروه شد: ۷۴ ضربه شلاق، دو سال ممنوعیت از فعالیت هنری، و دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور.
این فقط مجازات یک خواننده و گروه نوازندگان ان یا یک عکاس نیست. این مجازات هنر است. مجازات شکستن زنجیرها است. مجازات ثبت کردن لحظه‌ای است که یک زن تصمیم گرفت صدایش را بلند کند.
جمهوری اسلامی نه فقط از زنی که می‌خواند می‌ترسد، بلکه از زنی که دوربین به دست می‌گیرد و آن لحظه آزادی را برای حافظه مردم ثبت می‌کند هم می‌ترسد، از نوازندگانی که با او همراهی می کنند هم وحشت دارد.
تهمینه منزوی نشان می‌دهد که گاهی مقاومت یعنی دیدن، ثبت کردن، و اجازه ندادن به حکومت که زیبایی، صدا و حقیقت را دفن کند.
