Have you ever considered how much time and effort you expend each day just to not be scammed? You assume every call from an unknown number is a scam, so you don’t answer. You can’t even answer calls with your area code, because you know the scammers spoof those. Any e-mail from an unknown sender, especially if it contains links or attachments, is probably a scam, so you have to mark as spam and delete. How about the insane number of text messages you have to delete and spam block each day? And then there’s the mail, which is nothing but scam solicitations for car warranty service or absurd attempts to buy your land for a dollar per acre. You probably also get hit up by beggars outside stores or on street corners as you drive to work. Or if you have to get a ride, you suddenly have to worry if the Uber or Lyft or cab driver is a scammer. If you order food for delivery, is it going to show up or will you be extorted into an exorbitant tip to make sure it’s not cold and an hour late? Did the post office really try to deliver that package while you sat in your living room waiting for it all day, or did a lazy driver just lie about that because he didn’t feel like working today? But wait, there’s more! Every idiot and his cousin now seem to have their own crypto scam coin, not to mention all the precious metal hustlers offering you pennies on the dollar. And don’t get me started on the reverse mortgages designed to steal your parents’ or grandparents’ homes from them. Plus we have all the new Medicaid and Medicare and hospice and Quality Learing center scams run by foreign gangs and bubblehead cartels, all of which are supported and enabled by the politicians whose palms are getting greased by the scammers. I swear it feels like half of American life revolves around avoiding the scamming behavior now endemic in our country, and the other half is spent working so half my salary can be sent right to the tax leech scammers responsible for all the insanity. It wasn’t like this 20 years ago, and it sure as heck wasn’t like this 40 years ago. The politician who runs for office promising to nuke the foreign call centers, execute the scammers, deport the foreign leeches, and to cut off the 4-5 countries everyone knows is responsible for all the scammery from the Internet entirely would instantly be the most popular American leader in history. A massive chunk of daily American life revolves around avoiding foreign scammers, and it has to stop. Close the borders, deport the scammers, and nuke the call centers. It’s the most simple formula to political victory possible. We just need someone to finally do it and end the madness.

The pardon of Dr. Fauci is federal only. It would not apply to state law. If someone you know took the vaccine in Florida or Texas, and had a miscarriage, then Fauci could be prosecuted under state law for manslaughter.

Charlie was right. Downplaying the economic concerns of young Americans is how you allow left-wing socialist demagogues a way in. Don’t give them that.

Very true. I know many many lawyers that insist on doing their own cases (low stakes misdemeanors, low stakes lawsuits) because it pains them to hire someone. 90% of what happens in court is a waste of time. Stuck on the mid-card, never going to the main event.
The only way to scale is moving backwards to do it. You finally hit $10K/month > But you're still doing the sales > Still building the offers > Still running the ops. And now the only way to hit $20K/month is to hire someone for $3K/month. But you hesitate because you don’t want to drop “back down” to $7K/month because it feels like you're losing. But that’s the cost of growth. You have to buy your time back before you can buy anything else and scaling will always looks like subtraction before it compounds. But a lot of people can’t stomach that first dip and they end up stuck in the loop forever. Buy the dip > Build the team > Get out of your own way. That’s the only way you scale.

Elon putting in all that work and brainpower at @DOGE only to have a bunch of worthless politicians screw their constituents. We should bring back tar, feathers, and the stocks.
I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.

Being grateful for what the Creator has provided and manifesting abundance from the Creator has been both a challenge and eye-opening. Praying for certainty and the elimination of doubt will put you on a higher plane.

About 8 months ago I lost a $400 Amazon gift card, and it has been eating me alive. I feel like money just slips away, so I started listening to some @davidghiyam podcasts about manifesting abundance. Service toddler was sitting on mom's lap and asked for a group hug. I leaned down, and my hand got caught in the cushion of the chair.....and I found the gift card.

I tried to get Kong to partner up instead of going out on his own. He turned me down, did it on his own.....and now we are talking about partnering up again.
One skill I’m elite at is knowing who to talk to and who to work with @BowtiedService , @BowTiedBills are top of top Another lawyer I talk to a lot gets a silent shoutout, not sure I should tag him due to some of my content But he knows who he is and has helped tremendously

Hey @JoshuaLisec. I wanted to give the @ScottAdamsSays story that changed me forever. I can't explain how it did, but it just did. Back when he only had a few thousand followers, I asked him "You keep saying Trump is trying to persuade us to elect him. But why? What is his motivation?" Scott's answer was like a bomb in my brain...."He tells you every day. To make America great again."

The @ScottAdamsSays news has me gutted. He gave me the fatherly advice I never received growing up. Thanks to him I'm a better father, husband, businessman, and human. And thanks to affirmations, I was able to correspond with him a few times.

Kristi Noem is such a bad ass, that she sat down this morning and confronted the homeless man that stole her purse last night at dinner.

Dear President Trump, @realDonaldTrump I am the co-founder of a housewares brand called Zulay Kitchen, named after my single mother. We sell to about 6,000,000 US households yearly, and we imported roughly $20,000,000 of goods into the USA last year from China. Since Liberation Day, we have been aggressively moving production out of China to India, Pakistan, Mexico and elsewhere. There are some products that we have not found alternatives and will bring them in from China at 145% Tariffs. We will be paying A LOT in tariffs, and hope our Chinese counterparts also will pay a lot as well. If we could take those dollars and funnel them directly to build manufacturing right here in the USA, we could boost the entire manufacturing industry in the US instantly. It wouldn’t just be us, many US companies would clamor to build here as it would be “free”— aka using our own tariff dollars. We can spend the money from the tariffs straight into equipment, molds and labor for US manufacturing. We have land ready, and a load of willingness. Our company grew in part thanks to an SBA loan several years ago, which has been fully paid off, and otherwise was fully self-funded and bootstrapped. If US-resident importers can get credits on tariffs for building manufacturing here on US soil, we could spend the money effectively to solve the problem of manufacturing on our own ground. I would be glad to put those dollars into use here, rather than let it fall into the hands of somewhere that may have to be DOGEified. Other options can be creating loan programs to build manufacturing here, however we would funnel quickly replacements for China products if we could use the tariffs to build locally. Aaron Cordovez Co-Founder & CEO, Zulay Kitchen

Switching CRM's is like getting out of a bad relationship. You know it is an uncomfortable change at first, but the future is way brighter without "old reliable."

Always a good idea to cut these types of clients. Any result other than a complete dismissal won't be appreciated. Let them be someone else's problem.
Client sent a rude email to my paralegal Will be withdrawing Sent him a polite email explaining why she emailed him and how his response was unacceptable (bcc’d her) Zero tolerance for being rude to support staff, zero. Line in the sand.
