Hi @screamingfrog! Some issues lately with creating the tree graph. Somehow every time I want to create one, my client just crashes... Any ideas that could help?

Enjoy your friday with this #SEO game I made!
Been in the works for 2 years. I hope you like it, and btw: it was @JohnMu's idea to highlight some ppl from the community :-)
Maybe you're in it. 1way to find out.
(hope I didn't make it too hard)

Hey @JohnMu! Are you aware of any problems with favicon visibility in SERPs? There was a bug end of 2022 and again I see some clients without favicon while Google guidelines are in place. Thanks in advance! :)

Spoke to a 25 yr old guy today. He became a tech VP at 25 by:
1. Waking up at 5 AM
2. Cold showers
3. Meditating
4. Intermittent fasting
5. His dad owns the company
Zo van die betere maandagen 🤓
Herwerken van bestaande content kan ook nog eens de moeite zijn 😏

I had this conversation a few days ago, here's how I expect this to go down:
* Google will continue to claim their AI model is great, in the next quarterly earnings call, with the sub-note that monetization is proving a challenge.
* In the following earnings call, they will double down that its the best implementation of AI, but advertisers are struggling with it
* Next earnings call, they'll declare it a very useful feature, but will be putting it behind a tab in the search results.
* Adoption will be low, for all but very specific queries.
It won't make the final SERPs page in anything close to its current form.
Let me remind everyone scoffing at this take, in my 20 year history of predicting what Google will do, Ive been spot on right twice.
(Im ignoring the 73,182 predictions that were partly, or totally incorrect).

Screaming Frog just introduced a new "Segments" feature.
Now you can see how technical issues impact different templates on your site:
Het nieuwe Google - braindump:
1) AI zal niet altijd triggeren: vooral NORA en niet voor YMYL topics
2) 3 organic resultaten bovenaan - kan mooi verkeer opleveren (CTR afwachten)
3) Positieve relatie tussen publishers en Google = cruciaal, dus SEO is not dead yet 🤡
