My two cents: Genuinely surprised by the reaction for Brian Schottenheimer’s quote about George Pickens, to be honest. It’s pretty obvious that Pickens is not going 110% on every single run and pass play. That was also the case last year when he was one of the best receivers in the NFL.
I think there’s a difference between taking a shot, and answering a question.
(And PS: it’s on Schottenheimer and the offense to manufacture more opportunities for Pickens, too)
Going on the road to play Philly isn’t ideal right now, but it might be just what the #Cowboys need.
It is lining up to be the first “must-win” game of the season for me.
