We're seeing massive growth in the usage of our Partnership Ads feature, which enables brands to manage comments across all partnership ads with creators As more and more brands leverage platforms like Trybe, I expect this will growth will only increase further If you're a brand running partnership ads across a large amount of creators, you probably already know the struggle of how difficult it is to manage comments across all of these ads Our Partnership Ads feature enables you to see all of these comments in 1 unified inbox, and use AI to automatically hide negative/spam comments, respond to questions, etc. We'd love to show you how it works! Feel free to reach out to me directly and we'll get you set up 🤝

If you want to trick Meta into pushing your content to 10x more people, I have a hack for you. Here's how it works: Post regular organic content, could be a routine video, lifestyle shot, whatever. But in the caption, add something like "We have a guide with our top 10 hair, skin, and nails tips. Comment ‘GUIDE’ and we'll send it to you." The content doesn’t need to mention the guide. All you’re trying to do is incentivize people to comment on your post. Then, when people start commenting "GUIDE," the algorithm sees all that engagement and pushes the post to way more people. And the content gets more reach because Meta thinks it's getting crazy engagement. The strategy works great, but it creates a massive operational problem. Now you've got hundreds of people commenting asking for the guide, and someone has to manually DM each person. That kills the whole strategy. That's where automation comes in. At Obvi we’ve been using @BrandwiseAI for our Meta ads to handle comment moderation. It’s an AI tool that hides negative comments and keeps things clean. And they just launched DM Campaigns, which automates the entire follow-up process. When someone comments "GUIDE," it automatically sends them the guide via DM AND replies publicly "Check your DMs!" You can set triggers for any keyword, include coupon codes or custom buttons in the DMs, and it tracks revenue if you're on Shopify. So now you can take any piece of content, add a comment incentive to increase reach, and let the automation handle all the follow-up work. It's basically a virality hack that actually converts. And it’s been needed for a long time. Good move by @BrandwiseAI! #Brandwisepartner

I think DTC brands have yet to wake up to what’s truly possible with AI We just quietly launched our new AI agent for email customer support for Shopify brands… already hearing from users this is better than any other CS help desk they’ve used This is week 1 of launch on a product built by 1.5 engineers before ever raising a penny from VC People have no idea what’s coming 🦉

1 year ago my co-founder and I launched @BrandwiseAI and the progress we’ve made in the past year is far beyond what we expected We’re now a team of 4 with hundreds of DTC brands across the world using our product. It’s honestly surreal and we’re super grateful for all the support we’ve received so far The main point of this post is that throughout this process, we’ve discovered a mission much larger than what we originally intended to do. After talking directly with hundreds of our customers, there was always one common pain-point: managing customer service If you run a brand, you’re easily spending 6 figures a year on CS. On top of that, you’re spending hundreds or even thousands a month on dated help desk software. We’ve met very few people that are actually happy with their help desk provider Our view is that it’s inevitable AI will handle a vast majority of CS for brands. CS jobs will transition from manually hammering out email replies to managing AI. Teams of 20 CS agents will become teams of 2, freeing up time to work on higher ROI tasks. Today’s tools are not built to support this and are ultimately not prepared for this transition in general We’ve been silently building for the past few months with all of this in mind and in the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out what will become the new foundation for Brandwise going forward We’re extremely excited to say the least! More details coming soon🦉

So, for number 2 ("social media managment") We get Maaaaany, many comments in our ads. Many. Did I said many? Many. Some just asking for product, for prices, others asking for orders or customer support, etc. Maannny. Lots. @BrandwiseAI it's a life saver. Multiple languages, perfect actions. Man, I have nothing to do with this company other than I hope they keep charging me like 40 bucks / month per the volume of work that they save me (please @AlecCorum ). You want applied IA? Try them. Again, I'm not affiliated or anything. It's something that you can put in production with in like 4 clicks.

One of our most common complaints is that our current app isn’t that great on mobile So with V2, one of our top priorities was making sure it’s fully responsive for any device! Launching Monday 🦉

We just saved a DTC brand owner $80K per year, here's the full story 👇 I recently met the founder of a rapidly growing DTC brand @GetAllermi. She was struggling to keep up with her social media management, ad spend was booming and the comment section / DMs on her socials was becoming unmanageable It became a massive source of stress because as any brand operator knows, not replying to ad comments is basically the equivalent of lighting money on fire. It needs to be done or your ad performance will inevitably drop, plus it creates a perception that your brand doesn't care enough to engage with its audience Her CS team was already slammed with emails so they were essentially at max capacity, the only other option was to start searching for a full-time social media manager. This had become such a priority that she was willing to spend $80K a year on this role Luckily, she came across @BrandwiseAI before that hire was made and was willing to give us a shot in a last-ditch effort. The results speak for themselves: - our AI moderation now automates 99% of hiding spam/toxic comments on her ads - now able to get through 100% of comments & DMs in just a couple hours each day - social responses are now much higher quality and personalized as our AI does the heavy lifting - no longer needs to hire a social manager since she can now do this herself, saving $80K/yr Probably the most interesting feedback she gave us is that she now has more time to properly engage with potential customers and understand their questions/needs, which in turn makes her a better CEO There's a lot of debate these days on how useful AI actually is for companies, this story is a clear example of what AI can do you for you as a brand owner. Leveraging AI isn't just about saving time, if properly leveraged it can truly make you and your team better at their jobs If you're a DTC brand owner and want to explore how @BrandwiseAI can help, get in touch with me 🫡

Been using AI for our comments for a couple months now and this was needed a longgg time ago. We’ve been spending a lot more on ads this year so that means a lot more comments start to pile up so we needed a way to get to these quicker and more efficiently. It’s been helping an incredible amount on: ✅ Hiding any negative comments or certain keywords we need to hide like “I never received my order” or anything regarding customer service ✅ Hiding comments talking about our retailers to avoid people not shopping on our website. ✅ Noting which comments need a response ✅ And answering comments with their own AI responses that don’t sound robotic. Shoutout @BrandwiseAI for helping us these last couple months + shoutout to you guys for the solid rec 👏 #proudpartner
