In the USA, access to knowledge is astonishing. A person can walk into a public library and, without buying the books, encounter extraordinary accumulated human knowledge. The opportunity to learn does not force anyone to learn. We can remain as ignorant as we want to be.
I love a library.
Not because libraries know things.
Because libraries preserve things until the reader is ready to learn.
And sometimes they hand back a book you forgot, and remind you of something you once loved.
I hope I am a library to someone.
There is an old pattern well worth repeating:
confidence to begin,
humility to revise,
discipline to finish.

I am excited about church today! I will see you at the Humble campus at 9 AM and 11 AM. It’s baptism Sunday! Bring your faith and let’s believe God for great things! @gracechurch_one
Congratulations! This is an amazing accomplishment. I think you guys were in the original mass wedding.

@BrettFJones 10 years ago today, you married us. God has seen us through so much in this decade. Eternally grateful for you, @ScottRJones and our Grace family - the knot was tied pretty tightly!
Multiple policies & decades of loyalty mean nothing to @Transamerica. Trying to communicate for 4 months. Can’t get a decision maker via phone or email. Got email today that starts me at Point 1 AGAIN. All I’ve spent, sent & done is lost. Avoid @Transamerica. They do not care.
Priceless. Looking through the window watching the faces/tears of the wait staff and the cook in Waffle House when they discover you’ve given each of them $100 tip to end 2024 and start 2025. Blessed to be a blessing. Happy New Year!
17 years ago today my father, Franklin Jones, slipped the surly bonds of earth and kissed the face of God. I miss you, Dad. But heaven is better.
Larry, I don’t want to give you cute statements about being at the low point, I’ve seen my low point & my experience says HANG ON.
Limit your exposure to negative people.
Listen to good music.
Sing.
Go outside & walk.
Find the sunny side of the street.
I’m praying for you.

I just listened to the previews. Great timing. I am at the lowest point I've ever been in my life and just want to die. Your songs touched me.
Sorry for the long delay in answering your request. It is called Classics I on Spotify. open.spotify.com/album/6yUf5…
and Apple music.apple.com/us/artist/br…
LL, the album is Songs Out of Time, but is also called Classics 1 under Brett F Jones. It's on Apple and Spotify and wherever you get your music. Thanks!

@BrettFJones Pastor Brett, what’s the name of your album 💿 I wanted to add it to my playlist, but I can’t recall the title. Thanks. ☺️
I’m excited about seeing you at church today at Grace Church of Humble. 9 AM and 11 AM grace.one
The day you and Kim joined our team was a blessed day for us. Knowing you'd fill any need, proven by serving children ministry at Grace, made you available to lead our Liberty Campus. You guys are a blessing in every way!
You can’t let your fears run wild or they’ll take you places you don’t want to go. Fear may be in your vehicle, but you can’t let him drive! You must force fear into a corner and post a guard to keep him there because fear will never stop trying to encroach on your peace.
Thank you very much!
