Even CNN knows the difference between the main event and a clown show
👀 Robert Garcia tells me he is going to be on @CNN's 'State of the Union' tomorrow — right after Todd Blanche "I called CNN and I was like, 'can we be on at the same time?' and they were like 'no,'" Garcia said "I'm looking forward to calling him out on his bullshit," he adds

Thank you to my friend Jason for his many years of outstanding service to our country—as a military enlistee turned colonel, as a prosecutor, as a judge, and as the Miami U.S. attorney. Jason, who comes from a family of Cuban refugees, proves the American dream is still possible for those who work hard and share American values. I’m happy for Jason, who has a young family, as he joins the private sector. He will provide tremendous value to his legal clients.
United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Jason Reding Quiñones submitted his resignation from the Department of Justice. We are grateful for Jason’s leadership in combatting violent crime, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and transnational crime, including the indictment of Raúl Castro. Jason has served the Department multiple times over his distinguished career, and we thank him for his service to this country.

Democrats will hold subpoena power in both chambers come January, and incoming House committee chairs are already naming targets, from the President’s family and inner circle to administration officials and corporate leaders. In the @nypost coverage, Holtzman Vogel partner @BrianDNieves offered a reminder about the limits of that power. “Congressional power is not unlimited. They can’t investigate just for the sake of investigating.” Brian knows the process from both sides. He served as a senior Justice Department official and as Republican counsel on the House Judiciary Committee, and he now advises clients facing congressional inquiries. As he noted, enforcement ultimately runs through DOJ, and there is precedent for DOJ declining to act on contempt referrals widely viewed as political. Holtzman Vogel has built its team for this moment. Our congressional investigations practice brings together former DOJ leadership, congressional counsel, and state attorney general alumni, alongside litigators who have defended clients in congressional, state AG, and federal agency investigations. We help companies, organizations, and individuals prepare before the first letter arrives and respond when it does. nypost.com/2026/11/04/us-new… #CongressionalInvestigations #GovernmentInvestigations #CongressionalOversight #Politics #CorporateGovernance

Serving my country as AAG for Civil Rights has been the honor of a lifetime. We ushered in the downfall of illegal DEI, we fought to protect women and girls’ sports, and so much more. I want to thank President Trump for giving me this opportunity. I look forward to what’s next!

.@HarmeetKDhillon is a force of nature. She took on one of DOJ’s toughest jobs and fought relentlessly for religious liberty, free speech, and the Second Amendment (to name just a few). She never backed down from a fight and got things done. The country is better off because of her service.
Today, I accepted the resignation of Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, who led the Civil Rights Division with conviction the past 18 months. She has defended the civil liberties of every American and enforced the law without fear or favor. The Department is grateful for her dedicated public service, and we wish her every success in her future endeavors.

Georgia deserves honest, organized, and common-sense leadership moving forward. Grateful to so many candidates who stepped up to serve our state. Now is the time to learn from this election and get to work rebuilding a strong, united conservative coalition across the Peach State.
Georgia’s political landscape was transformed Tuesday as Democrats swept every statewide office, captured the Governor’s Mansion for the first time in nearly three decades and threatened to win control of the Georgia House. My @ajc story: #gapol ajc.com/politics/2026/11/a-b…

Today’s elections will shape the next Congress, including who leads its committees and which investigations move forward. Companies don’t need to wait for the results or January to start preparing. The transition period gives companies time to understand their own records, review prior public statements, and align legal and government affairs before a committee sends its first request. In our final pre-election article of our Congressional Oversight Insight series, Holtzman Vogel’s @BrianDNieves, @JonforFairfax, and Steven LaRussa outline what companies should be reviewing now. Once results and committee leadership are clearer, our Congressional and Government Investigations team will share a closer look at the investigations, industries, and issues likely to draw attention in 2027. holtzmanvogel.com/news-insig… #CongressionalInvestigations #ElectionDay #CorporateGovernancce #Politics

Haley Stevens chief of staff put out a press release lol dude you aren’t the main character. This isn’t even a partisan message, but my advice to young Hill staff is to always have the humility to recognize no one elected you.
New: Statement from Haley Stevens’ chief of staff Justin German confirms many of her team have resigned & they back Abdul El-Sayed for #MISen “We are shocked and heartbroken by Congresswoman Stevens’ decision to support Mike Rogers.”
