I was with the Cleveland Browns and it was Rams week.
During a morning walk through @joethomas73 was having the scout player do Quinn's signature pass rush.
The precision and effort in which Joe did a morning walk-through was nothing short of elite, it was perfection.
I learned this once I got to the NFL.
Hard work will only get you so far. Everyone works hard at that level, it's working hard on everything else that makes the difference.
I wanted to share some of my lessons from the NFL and how they apply to my life these days as a father and business owner. One idea that I love and learned for Al Saunders who was one of my coaches.
When you find something special about someone, tell them.
Four years ago today, I packed my Kayak up and headed out for an overnight. The river froze over that night as I camped on an island. I then had to maneuver my way across to thin ice with my kayak and drag my gear about a half mile through the woods to the landing.
