I am pro-life. No child should die from a vaccine-preventable disease.
Measles cases are now at the highest level since it was declared eliminated over 2 decades ago. To protect you & your family, please ensure that your child is up to date on vaccines.

Request for help:
Doing a presentation on @themotleyfool's Fool24 covering CVRs in biotech M&A.
Planning on covering $SNY's acquisitions of $BPMC and $VIGL.
Looking for a third example of a CVR that hasn't closed yet. Huge bonus points if stock is trading >upfront cash for deal.
Biotech investing would be more fun if pharmas would make more CVRs tradable.
I understand why they don't bother as there's little (no?) benefit to them, but it sure would make things more interesting.

Really wish $LLY reported absolute numbers for this study. A 94% reduction on something occuring 1% of the time isn't nearly as impressive as a 94% reduction if 10% of placebo patients got T2D.
