I am doing a peice of work on the terms "urgent care" and "unscheduled care" within primary care. Can anyone link any publications they are aware of including policy documents and the likes or grey literature, particularly within an NHS Scotland perspective.
They have been toying and threatening this idea (which is actually a good idea and they should do it) for years. Since before COVID and never seem to have the guts to do it
