It’s time to focus on the good, fun, and fulfilling stories in life. Too many times I’ve replayed the traumatic, terror and lonely stories.
I think people get confused because I talk about depression a lot but I’m not currently depressed. I just know how manipulative, draining and impactful the disease is so I’ll forever advocate. KEEP YA HEAD UPP!
