I wish TV news would hire more people of average weight. We’ve trained viewers to have unrealistic body expectations. I was a *SIZE 4* and viewers still commented on my weight – that’s when I realized the expectations weren’t normal. Time is better spent exercising my mind!

If you are approaching a vehicle on the shoulder that has emergency lights on, you’re required by law to move over a lane and provide space (if safe to do so). I was able to stop this vehicle and educate the driver this morning. #moveover
