Last week, 17 Avenders, across Mumbai and Delhi spent time with 37 young aspirants from @BrightFutureInd, an inspiring NGO working with youth who have had to leave school or college behind but haven’t let go of their ambition. Trained in essential skills to join the workforce like conversational English, computer literacy and workplace readiness, they are geared up for entry-level jobs in hospitality, telecom and delivery services. Our volunteers helped prepare them to tell their story and simulate a real corporate interview experience. A heartfelt thank you to all those who spent the day helping these ambitious 18-25 year olds build their confidence, refine their communication skills and better prepare for future job opportunities.
