If Tanev didn’t have to babysit Rielly, both of these numbers would probably fall by a goal.

Maybe McKenna is 18 and cannot handle playing the full 84 games schedule 15-20 minutes every night… #PassionNeverSleeps

#Leafs should have nothing to do with Kucherov. Not because he’s bad but the cost and we just don’t need anymore wingers. Focus on getting rid of Rielly and getting two big, young defensive defensemen. Move heaven and earth to get Edvinsson, add Whitecloud-type guy and we’re set.

I changed my mind! Get Kucherov and trade Nylander for a young-ish, big, mobile, defensively-capable D.

Why did Chayka rush to get rid of Woll and Benoit again? Because he had to have that little Andrae guy??? Woll was talented as fuck. He should have waited until all the other teams fight it out over Bob and Hellebuyck etc. and then trade Stolarz to whoever is left standing.

Woll was possibly the best young goalie in NHL. Stolarz should have been traded instead of him. Stop the bleeding now! We need to keep Hildeby and Akhteyamov. Toronto does not have a goalie problem. Toronto has a Rielly problem. Deal with the problem now and leave goalies alone!

Imagine having Woll and Hildeby in net for the next few years, Akhtyamov cooking in the minors and 7 million to spend on a top pairing D…

#Leafs are at the bottom of the Atlantic in points percentage but I’m sure their Corsi is not that bad so Chayka genius blah blah blah, keep accommodating Rielly, keep Bobrovsky in net and make sure JT is cantering the 2nd line when he comes back. And keeping collecting wingers…

Notes vs. Seattle Has Raddyish hit the net this season? McKenna was wide open for a hat trick with 20 seconds to go and Raddyish took the shot high and wide. This loss is on Bob for not being able to make up for #Leafs playing shit defense which is their new normal. 1/

Forwards have to play D as well and they have to not take stupid penalties and be so reckless as they have been. They have to fight like hell from the drop of the puck, not just in 3rd periods when 2-3 goals down. 7/

#Leafs looked amazing in Edmonton. I thought they arrived: the system was in place, everyone knew their role, I thought they were locked in. No such luck. Maybe Oilers just suit them, maybe they got up for Babcock and Hyman. But it feels now like it was just a dream. 8/8
