Waited in for @BandQ @bandq_help delivery to then get an email saying it’s been exchanged (for the same item!) and is now coming in two days time. When I’m not here. No call, no apology, no conversation. Don’t worry I’ve only paid for delivery and wasted my weekend waiting 👍

I ordered two BOXES of @MaxinutritionUK protein bars from @BootsUK and they sent me TWO BARS. For £20(!!). They then refused my refund request because it ‘failed internal review’, whatever the bloody fuck that’s meant to mean. Absolutely disgraceful 😡

That feeling when you drive across town to a different @LidlGB to buy what you want and then realise hours later that you’ve left it in the car park 😭😭😭
