The argument that we need centrist voters to win the presidency is bad. Only about 25% of people that could vote actually voted for Trump. If half of the non-voting group showed up and voted for Bernie that would be equal to the number of votes Trump got in 2016
It’s worthless to call Trump a racist. Most people his age are racist. But he is using race to divide people and that’s far worse. People who use racial divisions as a political tool proliferate racism.
