“Broman” is the name that KEN-G brought to table, which means “The homies from streets” or “Gangsters” or “Someone related to gangs” in Taiwanese culture.
You can see the mix-n-match from the different influence from HIPHOP, traditional Japanese mob or even high fashion… The mix-n-match not only appears on visual, but also on the wording.
The slogan“免共遮濟！哩災！” is the onomatopoeia from Taiwanese which means “We don’t need to talk much to let you know, we work to work. You know!”, which we shown in Spike Lee’s favorite slogan “Nuff Said, Ya Dig!”. More to come stay tuned!
