For someone to make an active decision to never speak to you again, and they deeply care/ love you that tells you A LOT. They’re aware they have to go through a grieving process over that decision to remove you and still pick that over having you in their life??? Speaks volumes.

Suffered with my mental health and self harmed since I was 12 years old, and for the first time since before then, I am actually excited to wake up in the morning. Things are changing and all it took was a fresh start and a clean slate 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Still can’t get over been at the pub last night and seeing a girl stumbling everywhere in alley on her own. Her mate came out and walked off, so I ran over the road and she could barely even speak. Waited with her until she got picked up and and her mum gave me the biggest hug
