严正声明｜关于 BTC 生态仿冒项目的风险警示
近日，包括但不限于 @bitcointapes、@tapebitprotocol 等 BTC 生态项目，借用 TapeOut 名义、我此前提出的 UCO 技术提案，以及 Unisat 创始人等对相关技术研究的公开互动，营造官方认可或合作背书的印象，并开展相关铸造及资产发行宣传。
在此郑重声明：
1. 无任何关联或背书。 上述项目及其他未经授权、借用 TapeOut 名义宣传的 BTC 生态仿冒项目，均与我本人 @BruceBlue、 @TapeOutCF 无关，也未获得我们的授权或认可。
2. 技术交流不等于商业背书。 UCO 是开放技术研究，UniSat 相关人员的公开互动不代表对任何第三方项目的认可、投资或支持。
3. 已删除相关内容。 为防止技术成果继续被利用进行误导性宣传，我已主动删除相关 GitHub 内容及技术推文。
4. 资金安全与跑路风险。 相关项目是否存在有效的资金监管、多签托管、独立审计及公开透明的资金管理机制？团队是否具备可验证的履约能力？是否存在卷款跑路风险？目前我们均无法核实。

One of the biggest edges in crypto has always been understanding a narrative before the majority even knows what the fk is going on.
Remember early DeFi? Most people had no clue what yield farming, liquidity pools or AMMs were.
Early NFTs? People laughed at the idea of paying thousands for JPEGs.
Early sniping bots? While everyone was manually buying tokens, a handful of people were already making fortunes through automation.
Now we're seeing TapeOut, virtual transistors, circuit building, Proof of Design and all this complicated shit.
Yesterday I was invited to a Space where people were discussing it, and I barely understood what the fk they were talking about.
But that's exactly what caught my attention.
Crypto has a strange pattern. First comes confusion. Then curiosity. Then education. Then speculation. And finally, mass adoption of the narrative, often accompanied by ridiculous valuations.
The biggest opportunities often appear when something is too complicated for the average person to understand but interesting enough for them to eventually chase.
Does that mean TapeOut will succeed? Absolutely not. It could be revolutionary, or it could be another beautifully packaged extraction mechanism.
But I've learned one thing after years in this market that
You don't get paid for understanding what everyone already understands. You get paid for recognizing what they might want to understand next.
The real alpha isn't buying something because it's complicated.
It's figuring out whether that complexity is hiding an opportunity or hiding a scam.
And figuring it out before the crowd does.

🟦 TapeOut Community Foundation｜社区公约（试行 V1.0）
针对近期部分生态项目引发的资金安全争议，以及社区对基金会成员为第三方项目站台的关切，我们认真听取了 @Blonskr 及社区伙伴的意见，决定正式发布《TapeOut Community Foundation 社区公约》。
基金会是由社区自发建立、独立于协议官方、以非营利为宗旨的公共生态组织。大家自愿、无偿贡献时间、技术和资源，共同推动 TapeOut 生态发展。
制定公约，不是为了限制创造，而是为了明确责任、维护团结、保护社区共同积累的信任。
本公约自发布之时起适用。 正式成员按照各自职责遵守相应约定，后续加入者自确认任职之日起适用。
一、先做事，后发资产｜Build First, Tokenize Later
我们认同 Blonskr 的倡议：生态的长期繁荣，应建立在真正有价值的技术、产品、用户需求和可持续的商业模式之上。
基金会鼓励技术创新、商业模式创新与合理的 Token / NFT 发行，尊重开发者探索经济机制的自由。
我们反对的不是资产发行，而是缺乏实质建设、隐瞒重大风险、通过虚假宣传或不当收益承诺募集资金的行为。
早期技术探索与公共物品建设同样值得支持，不以收入作为唯一评价标准。
鼓励创新，更重视资产背后的真实价值。
二、独立中立，不为第三方募资站台
基金会不为任何第三方项目的投资性募资、资产销售或投资回报提供信用担保、投资推荐及收益保证。
多签理事会（Governance Council）承担严格的公共责任。包括基金会发起人，无论使用官方还是个人公开账号，均不得为第三方投资性募资活动转发宣传、组织认购或引流站台。
该原则不限于 TapeOut 生态，也不因是否持仓、参与项目或获得报酬而改变。
其他工作组成员保有正常投资、创业、研究及商业活动的自由，但不得以基金会身份或利用公共资源，为第三方募资宣传、提供背书。
所有成员在代表基金会开展活动时，均应遵守这一原则。
支持优秀的产品与技术，不等于推广其资产认购。
三、技术互动不等于资产背书
基金会及成员对项目的点赞、评论、技术交流、开发成果分享，以及基金会提供的技术支持或 Grant，均不自动构成对项目现在或未来发行资产的认可。
任何项目不得利用基金会名称、Logo、成员身份、历史互动或资助记录，暗示其融资活动获得基金会认证。
正常技术研究、产品推广、商业合作与行业资讯，不应简单等同于募资宣传；但也不得以技术交流为名变相引导投资。
我们支持 Builder 创造价值，不替市场判断资产价格。
四、维护社区团结，尊重无偿贡献
维护 TapeOut 社区的团结与健康发展，是基金会所有正式成员共同的责任。
我们尊重不同观点、技术路线和商业探索，不利用基金会身份挑动派系对立，不因私人恩怨恶意攻击其他建设者，不故意传播虚假信息或制造社区冲突。
遇到分歧，我们鼓励以事实、证据和建设性沟通解决问题，也愿意协助社区伙伴与 Blonskr、开发者及相关方开展交流。
团结不意味着意见一致。合理批评、独立思考与真实风险揭露，同样值得保护。
基金会沿用此前公示的六个工作组，责任与实际职责、权限相匹配。
我们尊重所有成员的个人事业和职业自由，不要求成为 TapeOut 专属账号，也不强制承担超出自愿承诺的工作。
所有正式成员应遵守共同底线：不滥用基金会身份与公共资源，不隐瞒与公共决策相关的重大利益冲突，不利用社区信任谋取不当私利。
对公共责任保持严谨，对无偿贡献保持尊重，对不同意见保持包容。
五、全社区监督，违规公开处理
TapeOut 社区的每一位成员，都有权监督基金会，包括监督发起人本人。
如发现疑似违规行为，欢迎提供可核实证据，并联系：

基金会将及时核查。对于核心成员涉嫌违规为募资项目站台的行为，经初步核实后公开说明并采取必要措施。
经确认违规的，根据实际情况采取公开纠正、警告、暂停职务直至解除成员资格等处理，并公开必要结果。
任何人没有特权，规则面前一视同仁。
涉及利益冲突的人员必须回避相关决定，当事人享有解释与申诉的权利。监督应以事实为依据，不应成为未经核实的指控或私人攻击的工具。
把更多精力投入建设，而不是消耗在管理与争论中。
下周，基金会将正式公布面向 TapeOut Builder 的扶持与资助机制，支持开源工具、技术研究、公共基础设施及具有真实价值的商业化探索。
我们欢迎技术创新与合理的经济机制探索，也欢迎社区伙伴遇到问题时主动与基金会沟通，共同寻找解决方案。
TapeOut 的长期价值，不取决于发行了多少资产，而取决于这些技术、应用与经济机制背后，创造了多少真实价值。
我们希望这份公约成为一种共同约定：尊重创造、珍惜信任、维护团结、接受监督。

I’ve been trying to catch up on the progress being made across the $BEM ecosystem after some time off the markets.
and despite the disappointing price action, the growth of the @TapeOutWorld ecosystem has been nothing short of impressive! between @okx support, hackathons bringing in new talented builders and more projects joining the ecosystem, the fundamentals continue to strengthen while the market seems to be looking the other way.
Imo there’s a massive discrepancy between $BEM’s current valuation and the actual progress being made across the @TapeOutWorld ecosystem. I believe it’s a matter of when, not if, $BEM begins to outperform the broader market.
I’m also incredibly impressed by the amount of work the @TapeOutCF foundation set and led by @BruceBlue whom i have a huge deal of respect for, he’s led this initiative and has been putting a lot of effort alongside @Blonskr @bitcoin2themars @blueshirt666 @martin23_sen @web3kexin and many core contributors to accelerate ecosystem growth, support builders, organize hackathons, and push the entire vision forward.

这两天，确实有很多感触。🟦
作为 @TapeOutCF 的发起人，我想先说一句：这次投票审核，最初的标准确实定得过于严格，审核范围也不够全面。我们有责任把事情做得更好。
但我也想为参与复核和做事的伙伴们说几句话。
为了尽可能还原公平，大家牺牲了大量个人时间，一个账号一个账号地检查，一条内容一条内容地核对，反复讨论边界标准、修正遗漏，最终把数据、方法、证据，甚至结果的不确定性都公开在 GitHub 上，而且都是三四点才休息。
这些工作没有报酬，也没有人要求他们必须这样做。
大家只是希望把一件社区公共事务认真做好。
我们接受监督，也欢迎批评。但请基于事实和证据，不要让认真做事的人因为未经核实的指责而寒心。
基金会才刚刚起步，我们一定还会犯错。但我希望建立的是一种文化：发现问题，承认问题，解决问题，然后把经验沉淀为更好的公共机制。

🟦 关于 TapeCode-Test1 NFT 设计大赛投票复核的说明
致所有参赛者及社区成员：
社区基金会就本次比赛的投票审核问题，向大家作出正式说明，并诚挚致歉。🙏
首先，我们承认，前期审核标准与执行机制存在不足。
原有「历史严格票」审核过于依赖有限范围内的近期 X 动态及特定核心账号互动，未能充分识别社区成员更广泛的真实生态参与。
与此同时，67 人有效名单在首轮确定后被冻结，后续参与投票的成员未能获得相应的审核机会。
这两方面的问题叠加，导致部分真实参与社区的成员未被公平计入。我们对此承担责任。
但我们也希望大家看到复核背后的努力。
比赛结束后，基金会成员与社区志愿者投入了大量个人时间，对此前遗漏的账号补充核查，检查原创内容、真实互动及生态贡献，重新审议边界案例，并反复交叉验证数据。
过程中，我们也发现并纠正了部分核查遗漏。
这是一项繁琐、细致且需要审慎判断的工作。感谢每一位放下个人事务、认真参与复核的伙伴。你们的付出值得被看见和尊重。💙
本次复核采用更全面的统一标准：
✅ 认可真实的生态原创内容、社区互动、Builder 贡献及开发、捐赠记录。
❌ 排除缺乏实质内容的空泛互动，以及经核查不符合有效票条件的异常提交。
🔍 对相关账号进行只读核验，并公开不同计票口径及边界敏感性。
最终复核票数：
003 @MostQin：78 票
056 @Miloxx23：84 票
除此前的历史严格票口径外，其余公开口径均显示 056 领先。双方仅差 6 票，我们也如实披露了边界账号可能带来的影响。
透明不是要求所有人无条件相信我们，而是让判断有据可查、有疑可申诉。

如果认为自己的账号被误判，欢迎通过 GitHub Issue 提交相关证据，我们将逐一处理。

The past two days have given me a lot to reflect on. 🟦
As the initiator of @TapeOutCF, I want to acknowledge that our original voting criteria were too restrictive, and the review process was not comprehensive enough. We must do better.
But I also want to recognize the people behind this review.
Our volunteers sacrificed their personal time to examine accounts individually, verify community contributions, revisit borderline cases, correct mistakes, and publish the data, methodology, evidence, and even the uncertainties on GitHub.
No one was paid to do this. No one was obligated to.
They simply wanted to do the right thing for the community.
We welcome scrutiny and criticism. But please ground it in facts and evidence. Those who dedicate their time to public goods deserve respect, not unfounded accusations.
The Foundation is just getting started. We will make mistakes, but what matters is how we acknowledge them, correct them, and turn those lessons into better governance.
To me, Builder Culture isn't just about writing code or shipping products.
It's also about accountability, integrity, and respecting those who genuinely contribute.

一边在推进 Agent 相关的 TAP 提案，一边忙着 @TapeOutCF 基金会官网正式上线，还有 NFT 大赛的投票数据核验与异常票处理等等等等…
忙到现在才有机会认真翻翻时间线，突然发现社区今天发生了这么多事情。很多推文都没来得及看和回复，赶紧补补课。
看到 @Blonskr 这条倡议，我觉得很有必要认真回应一下。🟦
先做事，后发资产。我非常认同。
过去十多年，从创业到投资，我见过太多项目把顺序搞反了：
先讲故事，再融资；先发 Token，再找场景；最后才发现，根本没有真正的用户需求。
Token 可以放大一个商业模式，但不能替代商业模式本身。
当然，我并不反对早期融资，也不认为所有 Builder 都必须先有收入，才值得获得支持。
真正需要区分的是：
融资是为了把事情做出来，还是把发资产本身当成了生意？
TapeOut 最吸引我的，从来不只是 $BEM，而是越来越多的 Builder 正在把晶体管、电路、DeWEB 和链上计算，从协议能力一步步变成真实产品。
我希望未来大家讨论 TapeOut 时，不只是讨论币价、矿池和收益，而是讨论：
谁做出了新产品？谁获得了真实用户？谁创造了新的商业模式？谁真正推动了技术边界？
这也是我参与发起 @TapeOutCF 的初心。
基金会要支持的，不只是已经成功的项目，更应该包括那些还没有收入、没有 Token，却愿意踏踏实实写代码、做产品、解决问题、有潜力的早期 Builder。
先有创造，再有价值发现。

TapeOut开发者社区的伙伴们，我在此向大家郑重的发起一个倡议：先做事，后发资产！
我希望 TapeOut 的生态越来越繁荣。
但作为技术社区，我希望我们的繁荣，是建立在真正有无数优秀商业化项目之上扎扎实实的繁荣。
所以我倡议：凡是基于 TapeOut 协议做的生态项目，请先把事情做出来，再谈发资产。如果项目不扎实，我的确无法帮助大家站台与转发并且希望我们的生态中坚定的支持者们也不要去站台和转发。
你的应用或应用已经在生态中真实的跑了出来，或者DeWEB上真实跑起来了，有真实的用户在用，或有真实的收入在进账，跑出了自己的商业模型。到那个时候，你再发资产，资产背后是实打实的业务，持有它的人知道自己拿的是什么，发展的前景在哪里。另外，这也是我们TapeOut开发者社区核心价值观。
从第二阶段开始，TapeOut的目标就是让所有开发者做能赚钱的商业化应用，做真正有价值的应用！
我的承诺也一样不变：任何一个在DeWEB上真实运行、或者在协议中有真实价值的项目，有用户、有收入的应用，我都会尽全力帮它推广。你把生意做出来，社区帮你把它做大，资产发行的事，水到渠成。
把顺序摆对：先做事，后发资产。

First, apologies for being a little late to the conversation. 😅
It's been an incredibly busy day.
Between working on several Agent-related TAP proposals, launching the @TapeOutCF website, and reviewing NFT competition voting data and irregularities, I barely had time to catch up with the timeline.
Only now am I realizing how much has happened across the community today. So many posts I haven't had a chance to read or respond to.
Then I came across @Blonskr's initiative, and I felt this one deserved a proper response. 🟦
Build First. Token Later. I couldn't agree more.
Over the past decade, as both a founder and an investor, I've seen far too many projects get the order wrong:
Tell a story first. Raise capital. Launch a token. Then start looking for actual use cases.
Only to discover that real demand was never there.
A token can amplify a business model. It cannot replace one.
That said, I'm not against early-stage fundraising, nor do I believe Builders must generate revenue before they deserve support.
The real question is:
Are you raising capital to build something, or has issuing a token become the business itself?
What attracted me to TapeOut was never just $BEM.
It was the growing community of Builders turning transistors, circuits, DeWEB, and on-chain computation into actual products and applications.
I hope that one day, conversations about TapeOut won't revolve primarily around token prices, mining pools, or yields.
Instead, we'll be asking:
Who built something new? Who attracted real users? Who discovered a sustainable business model? Who pushed the boundaries of what's technically possible?
That's also why I helped establish @TapeOutCF.
The Foundation shouldn't only support projects that have already succeeded.
It should also stand behind early-stage Builders who may have no revenue, no token, and no hype — but are genuinely committed to writing code, building products, and solving real problems.
Creation comes first. Value discovery follows.

Identity stays in ERC-8004, jobs in ERC-8183, payment in escrow drafts. No new registry or token.

五层：已合并的容器底座 → 身份·工具·支付·授权 → 可验证能力与限额 → 可验证工作 → 凭证。
身份留在 ERC-8004，作业留在 ERC-8183，支付留在托管草案，通信留在 A2A/MCP。三份新草案只是把它们读在一起，不另造注册表、钱包或代币。
