"I fondly recall my first interaction with NLS back in 2019, while I was still working at CLPR. I was struck by how well-read the students were. I am thrilled to now be joining the vibrant intellectual community here.
Prior to joining NLS, I pursued an LLM from Cambridge on a full scholarship. I'm currently working on two research projects. The first arose out of my Cambridge dissertation, wherein I critiqued the Indian Supreme Court’s borrowing of Canadian indirect discrimination doctrine. The second interrogates variations in standards of review in fundamental rights adjudication to uncover issues of legal indeterminacy."

Recently experienced a really excellent benefit of live-streaming cases: now you can teach a class, interspersing your discussion with screening actual arguments in an actual case.
It enriches the discussion immensely, and brings the court directly into the classroom.
