Have you watched The Manosphere with Louis Theroux on Netflix?
As the Dad of a 17 year old son, I think @jimmycarr is spot on.
What do you think?
This is a fabulous practical guide to marathon pacing.

“Let me get this straight, you got your asses kicked by four fully mature mutant ninja turtles?”
“No, sir, it’s actually worse than that.”

I’ll be competing for GB at the World 50km Champs in India 🇮🇳 in 9 weeks time. If anyone/organisation can possibly help with the funding on the trip would be highly appreciated (see link below). Also, Retweets would be great too. Thank you all 👍 🇬🇧

Fab day out in Whitstable for the parkrun and #SuttonStriders away weekend! instagram.com/p/CgpYBZfr8fN/…
Lovely to run with @gabrielcarnwath for some of the run this morning! instagram.com/p/CeG0Az-t7Vk/…
2nd place at #castleparkparkrun this morning - some slightly off from centre photographs showing me almost miss the turning! instagram.com/p/CeGxFs3NNZP/…
Lovely morning with @suttonstriders and @gabrielcarnwath running the @suttonrunners 10km. Fantastic second place for Gaby and some good PBs on a fun but challenging course! instagram.com/p/Cdk7JhMLIgV/…

Well that’s another of my family records gone this morning by @eilishmccolgan , but least it took a BRITISH record to get it 1:06:26 HM 😁#proudmum. #proudcoach. #pb

Imagine a football team losing 5-0, asking to have 5 goals added to their score in the final minute to make it an interesting end, and the referee just saying "understood". Complete sporting scandal. Where are the regulators? #F1xed #IStandWithLewisHamilton
This is shocking. New emerging footage of @F1 Abu Dhabi GP containing previously unheard radio. Masi essentially executed the instructions of Jonathan Wheatley (Red Bull) without any second thought over its legality or fairness. This should be sickening listening to any fan.
#UKRunChat asking a favour from the women here... I'm looking at arranging a new club kit supplier. Current vests are not meeting the standard as the fit isn't very good and too baggy. Any recommendations?

Pre-departure tests are a devastating blow, as they deter people from travelling. Omicron-restrictions only impact aviation & travel to date, yet UK & devolved governments have failed to provide support so far. They should do so urgently to safeguard jobs aoa.org.uk/pre-departure-tes…
