I've come up with at least a dozen new recipes lately. Southwest slinger.. eggs, sausage, baked beans with pulled pork, pico de gallo and a little tapatío. 😄
Work with what you got.. didn't feel like going to the store. Brie and portobello stuffed breast, Italian crumbs sautéed in butter and garlic. With a side of tomato basil risotto. And a few shavings a parm to top it..
Bought a whole duck the other day, got 3 recipes lined up. Confiet for the 1/4s, tacos for the breast with mango or Pina pico de gallo and Asian style duck wings. Sound good??
