no login. I don't log in. Kids don't login. Just quick sharing of a whiteboard. Free (site says they are working on premium features)
Students can see my whiteboard, students can NOT see each others.

We must be parents, not pals. We must be coaches, not coddlers. We must lead them, not just lecture them.

Great article for H.S. educators and school leaders! Obstacles to college admission for students in middle- and low- income brackets often start with the testing process. Read how schools are supporting these students. bit.ly/2FLhdsD

5 “Old School” Recruiting Habits we should bring back to HS sports:
1. Recruit your classrooms
2. Recruit your hallways

Don’t get on your teammates for missing assignments and taking plays off during the season, when you didn’t get on them for missing workouts, and taking days off during the off-season!

If you KNEW there were going to be college coaches at your team’s summer workouts, would you do anything differently?
Would you:
Show up?
Work harder?
Take fewer breaks?
Be more coachable?

Great coaches are like great mothers! They...
1. Spend time with us
2. Listen to us
3. Know us personally
4. Help us find our why
5. Practice what they preach
6. Develop us as leaders
7. Challenge us
8. Empower us
9. Lead by example
10. Teach us about life!

3 things to ask yourself at the end of each day:
1. Did I use the abilities God gave me to bless others?
2. Did I empower as many people as possible?
3. If today was my last day on this Earth, can I look my God in the eyes & say; “I used every bit of talent You gave me!” ?!
