I was so close to face planting in the street today. But my “silly little chair workouts” that I’ve been doing consistently 3-4 times a week have built up enough strength in my legs that I could catch myself from falling even though my mobility devices were already in the car.

I’ve been doing 10 minute chair workouts 4 days a week for the last 3 weeks. My anxiety is so high in general today, which made me want to skip it. But I didn’t. Here’s to building habits that last!

It’s 56 degrees in my classroom and I’m wearing the same polo I had on last week when it was 56 degrees outside because I can’t mess with success. I hope the Bills appreciate my sacrifice.
