When @visualstudio installer has a bad day...

Always tend to download updates for @VisualStudio for Mac, and excited by Mono 6 being required now, but this prompt is appearing all the time in v8.1 (build 2742), and it's downright annoying.

Looks like Apple no longer approves of 32-bit builds in #xcode10. I see this when opening a project in the IDE. Command line 32-bit builds with Clang are fine though.

Just discovered gdb's text user interface (gdb --tui). I think this will be very useful.
