So honored to be part of this project as it represents all that we are! "@citizensedmond's not fixated on annual profitability, but long-term sustainability-not just for the bank, but the community we serve.” Check out Eastpoint -> casestudies.uli.org/deal-pro…
Only three times in Oklahoma history has any project won an Urban Land Institute Global Award for Excellence - the Devon Tower, Gathering Place, and now… EastPoint on Northeast 23rd. (1/3)

There's a lot going on in this shot, so we like to focus on the details: This is another job site that is unaffected by the 160% spike in framing lumber prices since the pandemic. I look at this shot and I see $$$$$$ #insulatedconcreteforms #buildwithstrength
With #phoenixhome designs, we deliver higher performance building envelopes and virtually air tight walls. #ICF’s enhance a building's performance characteristics & indoor environmental quality. #buildbetter #buildresponsibly #insulatedconcreteforms

ICF homes are constructed using interlocking blocks. The most common size being 4ft long & 16in high blocks. A cavity is created by evenly spaced webs that give the block its strength. The width of the cavity can vary from 4-12in or more. @BuildBlock buildblock.com/how-to-build-…

Would be interested in @davidfholt take on the current version of SB1102 (on the OK House Floor RIGHT NOW) that gives Gov "during a catastrophic health emergency the power to grant local officials certain clearly defined authorities." Would that act to limit current local powers?
In wild floor substitutes, the amendment to SB 1102 changes a deferred prosecution bill to a bill about health emergency powers that somehow both claims liberties and vaccination freedom while also taking powers away from local government. #okleg

In perhaps the most obvious power grab in Oklahoma history, HJR 1027 passed off the House floor this afternoon. Make no mistake, this measure would end the citizen-led initiative petition in OK, taking with it one of the most important powers reserved to the people.

Small setbacks, 'at grade' neighbours, and soil conditions = a fair bit of concrete shoring req'd at the #E26thPassiveHouse The RS-7 design guidelines forced the project to have a fairly deep bsmt vs the prelim (no guidelines) concept that was at-grade.
