ROCK ON!

The biggest con: going through the process of convincing a Microsoft Unified Support shop that all the positives outweigh the false perception of corporate support (don't get me started!).

The biggest pros compared to MAUI: UNO dog foods their product, the flexibility and simplicity of platform specific coding, the responsiveness of the UNO team to issues.

I've been using UNO a little over a year before Microsoft announced the EOL of Xamarin.Forms, tried Avalon at the same time, and with MAUI since the first beta. Qualitatively, I can't say enough good things about UNO: Maturity + broad scope makes it a winner.
