Three years ago, I turned my biggest regret into a movement. Back in 2018/2019, I discovered crypto and Web3 but I let a scarcity mindset cost me a seat in classes taught by Ser Ohjay and Cryptomama. I told myself paid classes weren’t worth it. That belief didn’t protect me, it robbed me of growth I couldn’t get back. In 2022, I joined DeFi Wonderland, founded by @Bellickkruz , and started earning from airdrops. I posted about it. Classmates and strangers online started asking questions. And I recognized the moment: I could either gatekeep like the mentality that once limited me, or break the cycle. I chose to break it. I founded Meritshillers and taught Web3 for free onboarding my first 500 students in real life, committed to their success before my own visibility. That decision shaped careers. It still does. As the community grew, so did my ambition. I didn’t just want to teach. I wanted to build something built to last. That vision became @TheMerits_ : a brand development and growth agency helping Web3 projects stand out, scale, and get revenue.
