Starting on or around the Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, Tasco Construction will mobilize and start work on sidewalk improvements along Church Street in #SalemMA. The sidewalk work should be completed, weather permitting, within 4 weeks of starting.

We're excited to be taking the next step in the creation of our new main entrance + lobby. Beginning TOMORROW (9/23), we'll close the current main entrance at Davenport 4 & redirect patients + visitors to our temporary main entrance at the former Mass General for Children’s bldg.

With record heat the last few days, I thought it might be helpful to post a reminder about tree planting efforts in Salem. We are part of the state's Greening of the Gateway Cities program, that will be planting 2400 trees in Salem+also have a robust city tree planting program.

There will be construction work between the Narbonne, Derby and Hawkes Houses. The garden area paths will be inaccessible for most of this time. Other walkways will be intermittently inaccessible while this work is done. We will post updates once the work completes.

Beginning April 8th no parking on the first level of the Museum Place Garage in #SalemMA due to start of drainage & waterproofing repairs. Parking still permitted on all other levels of garage; access in & out of facility will be maintained. Work expected to last through June.

Two new locations for a seaside stroll in Salem! A good day to check out the construction happening along Collins Cove for the new multi-use pathway that will connect to the new power plant walking paths. Great new walking/biking accommodations for our city! #CantWaitTillSummer
