APPEAL FOR WITNESSES - NOTTS COUNTY (A) We’re appealing for help following an incident involving a fellow Wednesdayite ahead of Tuesday evening’s game at Notts County. At approximately 7.20pm on Tuesday, a Sheffield Wednesday supporter was struck by a vehicle outside Hooters on London Road, Nottingham, while crossing the road. The supporter suffered a fractured knee and is awaiting further scans to establish the full extent of their injuries. We understand there were a number of football supporters in the area at the time, and we’re hoping someone may have witnessed what happened. Did you see the incident? Were you crossing the road nearby? Do you have any dashcam footage? Even the smallest detail could make a difference.
