Built an AI receptionist for a Laundry Business that reads the whole conversation before replying not just each message as it lands.
Telegram + n8n + Supabase + Open Ai, buffers messages, waits, merges context, replies once.
3 messages in → 1 clean reply out.
AI Automation challenge:
Build a chatbot that can handle this properly 👇
Customer sends:
“Hello..”
“I want to make enquiry about your services”
“and what days of the week are you guys opened”
The bot should NOT send 3 separate replies..
It should wait, collect the messages sent within a given time, combine them into one context, and respond once..
This is one of those small details that separates a chatbot that works from one that actually feels human..

Imagine this;
A warehouse manager walks into work on Monday morning
Orders are coming in.
One product is almost out of stock.
Now the race begins...
