Great managers need complicity, in sport or business. They need to be able to control their employees. Not at all a surprise that there are only a few managers from a manager that got success through authoritarian methods. And the better ones were from his early days
Carrick is failing, Keane couldn’t pass coaching exams, Ole was sacked, Scholes can’t manage an under-9 team, Neville was a disaster, Rooney is one of England’s worst managers, Beckham never pursued coaching, and Ferdinand has shown no interest.
All played under Ferguson, yet none became a half decent manager.
Ferguson built a dynasty, but his coaching tree is a serious blemish on his legacy. Meanwhile, Pep’s influence extends to Arteta, Maresca and Kompany.
This has to be the most insane thing a human has written down?
“Personally, I would to see a special edition of Gogglebox featuring Nigel Farage, Kemi Badenoch, Ed Davey, Zack Polanski and Andy Burnham”
A few people have pointed out that Andy Burnham's appearance on Celebrity Gogglebox is for Stand Up To Cancer.
An incredible cause that deserves everyone's support.
But being a charity special doesn't mean questions about Channel 4's political impartiality should disappear.
Ofcom has clear rules on political impartiality in broadcasting.
Personally, I would to see a special edition of Gogglebox featuring Nigel Farage, Kemi Badenoch, Ed Davey, Zack Polanski and Andy Burnham.
Political leaders putting their differences aside, coming together for one night, and raising money to fight cancer.
That would send a powerful message to the country.
Some things are bigger than politics. Beating cancer is one of them.

Will be fascinated to know what the younger generation feel about self driving cars. Driving is one of the best/only/last opportunities we have to be unplugged from scrolling, be completely independent. I hate being a Luddite but I can’t get excited about a taxi vs driving myself
Didn’t start @Russ10784945 but wouldn’t be surprised he he does the next match…
Replying to @Russ10784945
I’ve not even seen a Newcastle fan say he’s a 9 though. Off the back of 2 losses he’s gotta put the team out most likely to win. Neave is more of a punt than MM.
What an insane position to be in 😂
Sneaky fiver on Chiwera starting as the 9…..
Absolutely correct from Cesar. May well lose him the dressing room, but you can’t reward failure

It’s the magical period between the back pass rule being introduced and Jose anti-football 4-5-1 tactic becoming pervasive. So 1992-2004….all other answers are wrong @fpl_tactician
