Nous venons avec une mauvaise nouvelle. Nous venons de recevoir un mail des agents d'Harry nous informant qu'Harry doit annuler son apparence à notre convention suite à un nouveau planning professionnel qui l'empêche d'être disponible à nos dates. Nous sommes profondément désolés pour cette annulation, nous faisons de notre mieux pour trouver une solution/un(e) remplacement, mais nous ne pouvons rien garantir pour le moment.
Les remboursements des extras d'Harry sont en cours via la billetterie. Nous rappelons qu'une annulation de guest n'est pas légitime à une demande de remboursement d'un pass.

We just received an email from Harry's agents informing us that Harry must cancel his appearance at our convention due to a new work schedule that prevents him from being available on our dates. We deeply regret this cancellation. We are doing our best to find a solution/replacement, but we cannot guarantee anything at this time.
Refunds for Harry's extras are currently being processed via the ticketing. We remind you that a guest cancellation is not a legitimate reason for a pass refund.

🇫🇷Nous avons été obligé de bloquer les commentaires sous l'annonce de Jennifer Morrison sur Instagram à cause de commentaires très malveillant. Cela sera la seule et l'unique fois qu'on fera se rappel : Que vous ne soyez pas content(e) d'une annonce de guest, c'est complètement normal, les gouts et les couleurs ne se contrôlent pas MAIS mettre un commentaire TRÈS négatif sous l'annonce d'un guest, sachant que le guest peut lire les commentaires, nous n'acceptons pas cela. Sachez que désormais, nous allons prêter une grande attention à ce genre de commentaire et nous n'hésiterons pas une seule seconde à blaklister toutes personnes ayant des propos irrespectueux envers nos guests sur les réseaux sociaux, car c'est à cause de cela que certain(e)s guests ne veulent pas/plus faire de conventions.
Encore une fois, c'est complètement ok de préférer un guest en particulier, nous ne disons pas le contraire, mais prendre le temps d'écrire un commentaire irrespectueux sous l'annonce d'un de nos guests, ce n'est pas ok.

🇺🇸We were forced to block comments under Jennifer Morrison's Instagram announcement due to some very mean comments. This will be the one and only time we'll remind you : If you're not happy with a guest announcement, that's completely ok, tastes and colors can't be controlled BUT posting a VERY mean comment under a guest announcement, knowing that the guest can read the comments, is not acceptable. Please know that from now on, we will pay close attention to this type of comment and we won't hesitate for a single second to blacklist anyone who makes disrespectful remarks towards our guests on social media, because that's why some guests don't want to/no longer want to attend conventions.
Again, it's completely okay to prefer a particular guest, we're not saying otherwise, but taking the time to write a disrespectful comment under one of our guests' listings is not okay.
