The more I use @Uber_Support the more I don’t like the ethos. Their user interface is not built for the user but to maximise revenue. Just one example is when I booked a ride for one hours time tonight and was shown a fare of £5-£6. The Actual fare ended up as £12.47.. WTF?? – at Leeds, England
