When I was 19, I had the pleasure of moderating a panel with fellow 19 year old @PhillipYoumans and actor Dominique McLellan after a screening of @burningcane. Wonderful film and wonderful people!

Just watched 19 year old filmmaker @PhillipYoumans' @burningcane on @Netflix from @ARRAYNow. Two words: ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Can't put all my thoughts in just one tweet, so here's a thread... #BurningCane

The cinematography in @burningcane #BurningCane is pure brilliance... this is the work of an 18yr old (now 19) artistic genius. And having @WendellPierce in this role is a win for casting. What a debut for @PhillipYoumans
